"Showed up way faster than I thougth"
I ordered a jacket from marmot.com and it got here quicker than I expected. The tracking was easy to follow, and the box showed up in good shape too. No real issues or anything, just nice to have it arrive before my trip becuase I was kinda cutting it close.

"Fit was right on for me"
I ordered a Marmot jacket a little while back, maybe around early fall or late September-ish, and the sizing ended up being pretty much perfect for me. I’m usually a medium, so I went with a medium, and it fit well with enough room to throw a hoodie underneath.

The sleeves weren’t weirdly long, and the body didn’t feel baggy or boxy either. i was just relieved I didn’t have to deal with exchanging it.

"Worth it if you grab it on sale"
I picked up a jacket from marmot.com i’m happy with it overall. I’m not sure I would’ve paid full price because it does feel a little steep, but once it was on sale... yeah, definitely felt worth it. The quality seems good so far, shipping was totally normal, nothing weird there. I just wish the sizing info had been a bit more clear because I was kind of guessing. But still, for what I paid, it feels like a solid buy...

"Everything Was Fine"
I got exactly what I ordered, so yeah, no complaints. Everything showed up as expected and there really wasn’t anything to stress about, which was nice.

"Good packaging, though a little plastic-heavy"
I ordered a jacket from Marmot, and overall, the packaging was solid. The box arrived in decent condition, and the jacket was folded neatly inside, which I appreciated.

There was no damage, no odd smells, and everything looked properly secured. The shipping label and tape were also well placed, so the delivery felt handled with reasonable care.

I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because there was a bit more plastic than I expected. It wasn’t a major issue, but a simpler or more eco-friendly setup would have made the experience even better

"Way more breathable than I thought"
I bought a Marmot shell from Marmot and have been wearing it on hikes and rainy walks. At first I figured it would be just okay, actually no, it’s been surprisingly good. The breathability is the biggest thing for me because I don’t get that clammy, trapped-in-my-jacket feeling, even when I’m pushing uphill. Shipping was normal and hassle-free too. Overall, I’m happy with it so far

Delivery took way longer than they originally told me, which was frustrating enough, but then it felt like the terms kept changing along the way. I was expecting it by the date they gave, and instead I just kept waiting with no clear explanation

"Nice fleece, but I’m annoyed I didn’t buy it sooner"
I bought a Marmot fleece the material feels really good—soft without feeling cheap or flimsy. I’ve worn it a few times now and the inside still feels smooth, which is more than I can say for some other fleeces I’ve wasted money on. Kind of annoyed at myself for putting up with scratchy, disappointing ones before this. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Comfortable, but the fit feels a little off"
I’ve been wearing this jacket for a bit, and it’s definitely comfortable in the sense that the material feels nice and it’s not stiff or scratchy or anything like that. At first, I thought the fit was totally fine, but after wearing it for a few hours, it started to feel a little strange in certain areas, like it wasn’t sitting quite the way I expected. It’s not uncomfortable enough that I wouldn’t wear it, but it’s also not one of those jackets that feels perfectly easy all day without thinking about it. Overall, it’s okay, just kind of an odd fit for me.

"Good gear, no fuss"
I’ve ordered from Marmot a few times now and it’s always been straightforward. Their stuff just feels solid, and it’s held up well on trips, even when the weather gets all weird and that. Shipping was fine, the site was easy enough to deal with, and overall it’s just one of those brands I don’t really have to think too hard about.

"Works fine, but kind of a hassle"
Marmot got the job done, but it felt a little clunky to use. The filters were more annoying than helpful, and the pages loaded slowly for me — maybe it was just my connection, but it definitely made browsing feel dragged out. I also felt like I had to click around way too much just to find the sizes I wanted. Checkout worked in the end, so it wasn’t a total problem, but the whole shopping experience didn’t feel very smooth.

"Nice gear but it’s never available"
I actually liked a lot of the stuff on the site and the gear seems solid, but almost everything I wanted was out of stock and I kept going back to check for this one jacket in my size and color and it just never showed up, the site itself is easy enough to use but it’s kind of frustrating when you find things you want and can’t actually buy them.

"Kept me dry during a downpour"
I wore this in some seriously heavy rain while running errands, and I was surprised how dry I stayed. My jeans got splashed a bit stepping off a curb, and my grocery bag was soaked, but under this I was totally fine. Definitely glad I had it with me

"I had to send back a jacket because..."
I had to send back a jacket because the fit just wasn’t right, which is always annoying because returns can be such a pain. But this one was surprisingly smooth. I mailed it back and the refund showed up in about a week, maybe even a little sooner than I expected. No chasing customer service, no random confusing emails, no nonsense. It just got handled. I’d definitely order from Marmot again.
